Hi, I am Breanne.

I am a Humboldt County local, Mother of two, Hair Stylist for eighteen years and have recently found what was missing from my life. Photography has made me feel young again! As a Hair stylist I have been in the field of working closely with people and building relationships. Creativity, passion and people skills is what has given me success in my first career.

At about year fifteen of being a Hair Stylist and a new mama and I decided it was time to pick up the dusty camera my Husband bought me as a wedding gift and learn Photography. (something I have been fascinated with since the age of five)

I remember playing with my parents Polaroid Camera all the time as a child. Once I became a pre teen I would buy disposable cameras and set up shoots with my friends and baby sister. My room was covered with photos I took or paid to have with my friends at Expressly Portraits. Who remembers that place?! Now I am definitely aging myself! Haha My Senior Year of High School I joined the Yearbook committee and loved it.

Fast Forward sixteen years and I became a mother for the first time. That's when I knew I had to pursue photography for myself and learn how to capture and document my daughters childhood.
